Delivery
We aim to process orders the same day to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another shipping confirmation notification when your order has shipped. Subsequent notifications may be sent by the shipping carrier regarding updates on your delivery. Shipping can take 2 - 4 working days.
Note: Potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems could extend processing/shipping times.
Currently only delivery to UK mainland.
Please use your tracking reference to view the status of your delivery in case of any delays. If you did not receive a tracking reference, please contact us at sales@sereine.uk.
Using your tracking reference, check with the delivery company to see if they offer the option to change the delivery date.
Please contact us via email at sales@sereine.uk. Reference your order number in the subject line and state your changes in the email body. NOTE: In the event the order has been dispatched, delivery will be made to the shipping address stated at the time of placing the order. Once it has been handed over to the shipping company, there is nothing we can do to amend the shipping address.
Billing
Unfortunately, the billing address cannot be updated once an order has been placed.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club, and UnionPay debit and credit cards.
Candle
Candles should be burned for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours for optimum efficiency.
The scents are non-toxic although they should be kept away from children and pets. Candles should not be left unattended and have clear space around and above them.
Always keep the wick upright when burning and ensure the wick is trimmed to about 5mm before every relight. If any debris lands in the wax pool, clear the area to avoid any flaring and discolouration. When there is only 5mm of wax remaining at the bottom of the glass, do not light further.
Once the flame has been extinguished, wait at least 3 hours to allow the wax pool to completely solidify and cool down. Ensure the wax pool is solid and the candle glass is cool to the touch before placing the candle back into the tube packaging.

When there is only 5mm of wax remaining at the bottom of the glass, do not attempt to light it again. Clean the contents of the glass using a silicone utensil and dispose of the wax safely in the bin. We recommend you only reuse the glass for decorative purposes such as a pencil holder.
Note: We (Sereine Ltd) do not accept liability for any subsequent results when reusing the glass.
Wax
Candles are hand poured with a premium blend of rapeseed oil and coconut oil.
